Shipping countries: Poland and the United States (USA)

How to start the return process

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products without giving a reason. Returns reported after this period will not be accepted.

To get started:

make sure the products are unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and with tags,
carefully pack the shipment and send it back by courier at your own expense.

Return Process

Contact: write to us at info@narvinmoda.com, providing your order number and reason for return. Products sent without consent will not be accepted.
Instructions: after your request is approved, you will receive detailed guidelines on how to return the product.
Packaging: secure the product to prevent damage during transport.
Costs: the customer covers the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

After receiving the shipment, we will check its contents. If the return is approved, the funds will be credited to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
