Shipping procedure
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. This process usually takes 1–2 business days. Then the shipment will be sent, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, and the total order processing time is 6–9 business days.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CEST) are processed the next business day.
We offer free delivery for all orders shipped within Poland and the United States (USA).
Delays
If the maximum processing time has passed and the package still hasn't arrived:

wait an additional 2 business days,

check the shipment status using the tracking number,

if the shipment still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
Order cancellations
Want to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@narvinmoda.com.
Please note that once the order is processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Damaged or incorrect products
In rare cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Please send photos showing the issue to info@narvinmoda.com.
We will prioritize the matter and ensure that you receive the correct product in perfect condition.
