Shipping procedure

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. This process usually takes 1–2 business days. Then the shipment will be sent, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, and the total order processing time is 6–9 business days.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CEST) are processed the next business day.

We offer free delivery for all orders shipped within Poland and the United States (USA).

Delays

If the maximum processing time has passed and the package still hasn't arrived:

• wait an additional 2 business days,
  

• check the shipment status using the tracking number,
  

• if the shipment still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
